An essentials of saddle fitting day aimed at coaches, owners and riders to give them greater understanding as to what's involved. The aim is not to turn them into amateur saddle fitters, but to give them tools to spot potential problems, notice unbalanced saddles, and pick up on cues from horses that indicate saddle fit could be an issue and should be checked by a qualified professional.

EQ Bands are designed to aid in the development of balanced, symmetrical and effective riders. As a rider, we generally have asymmetries, which when linked in to our horses asymmetries, create limitations in our ability to progress.

EQ Bands are used to aid the 'concept of feel'. Using the EQ Bands, riders learn how to activate the correct muscles via mild resistance created by the EQ Bands. This allows the very important development of 'feel' for the correct posture.

We are extremely lucky to welcome Jo Winfield FBHS to deliver this informative training day which will focus on how to improve the basic way of going using innovative polework exercises.
