Location details

Isle Of Man IM9 5PR, Isle Of Man

Booking and Information

Join us for our sixth annual fund-raising pleasure ride. The 10km route covers fields and tracks with breath-taking views over the south of the island. Much of the route is on private land, so is a unique opportunity to enjoy an area not normally accessible to horse riders.

The ride incorporates varied conditions with a mix of terrain, mostly field work, with some tracks and two very short sections of the A31. It should take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours and marshals will be on-hand to guide you around the route. We are very grateful to local farmers, in particular Pete Kelly of Cregneash, Will Qualtrough and the Caine family for allowing the ride to access their land.

The start/finish is in a field directly off the A31. The what3words reference for the parking is reclaim.winds.strangest

A detailed briefing will be emailed to you a couple of days before the ride.

The event supports the BHS Ride Out UK initiative, which provides funding for projects which open and/or enable safe off-road equestrian access.
